With a decade of experience in the land real estate industry, our company has specialized in wholesaling land. Historically, we’ve offered land at an early stage, often during the registration process or even earlier, at competitive prices. In the past, investors who acquired these land parcels from us had the option to either sell them to their clients or retain them for personal development. Now, we have transitioned to selling the land parcels directly and are actively involved in the planning and execution of the development process. This strategic shift reflects our commitment to a more hands-on approach in providing valuable land opportunities to our clients.

Moshe has dedicated over 25 years to the real estate industry, with a notable focus on the past 10 years dedicated to buying and selling land in the Yehuda and Shomron (Yosh) regions. As a committed Jew, Moshe takes pride in his role of acquiring land for Jewish ownership. His successful transactions include a significant volume of land in Yehuda and Shomron, particularly concentrated in Givat Ze’ev, where many of the land parcels are currently in various stages of development.
Moshe has earned recognition from the top real estate lawyers in the Yehuda V’shomron district as the best in the field of acquiring land. Their combined efforts have led to the registration of over 400 Dunam of land, encompassing nearly a hundred land parcels. A substantial portion of these lands either already features constructed buildings or is reaching the final stages of the development process.
Chaim Pinto

Chaim was born in the US. When he was very young his family relocated to Montreal, Canada where he spent his formative years. In due time, he went on to marry & studied in a Toronto Kollel for the next three years. He eventually made Aliya to Israel 18 yrs ago. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, Chaim has dedicated the past 8 years to selling land. Since joining Moshe’s office, he primarily works with English-speaking investors and clients from abroad. Given Chaim’s upbringing in America and Canada, he understands the American mentality, making it easy for him to connect and understand his out-of-town clients.
Chaim takes pride in being part of an office that specializes in selling land to Jewish clients, contributing to the growth of the land of Israel. He firmly believes in the unique business opportunity this presents, offering exceptionally high returns on hard-earned money.
