Locating Landowners

Locating landowners

Collaborating with individuals having relevant connections facilitates the identification and securing of lands. Recognizing the underutilized potential of these currently barren lands represents a significant gains for both non Jewish and Israeli communities.

Upon completion of Rishum (land registration), the land becomes eligible for transfer to an Israeli individual and it can be officially registered in ones name.

Land Registry

Rishum (land registration) Process takes 3-4 years. The process is initiated by opening a file (Ptichat Tik), in the Minhal Ezrachi in Bet El, the registry for Yehuda V’shomron. Then after thorough verification and authentication of all documents, the government allows the deal to proceed through the issuance of Heter Isska. There are 2 more steps in the process 1. Pirsum, advertising the sale of the land. 2. Kashef, measuring the land’s borders. After Kashef the land becomes eligible to be registered in the Land Authority and then can be transferred to an Israeli individual. This point is called Hachlatat Vaada, Rishum.
